Following appointment, Amber undertook the CAT B modification of the existing CAT A office space on level 1 at number 11 Charles II Street, London. Amber provided a full design and build solution for the client undertaking the space planning, interior design, furniture supply and the project build. The Landlords technical submission process to obtain the licence to alter was managed by Amber to allow the works to commence. The clients fit out incorporated the modification and re-commissioning of the MEP system, the internal fit out consisted of new solid and glazed acoustic partition systems, bespoke joinery throughout, the installation of new ceilings, lighting, hard and soft floor finishes and decoration to reflect the brand standard.
