Following appointment, Amber undertook the CAT B fit out of the existing CAT A office space. The tenants fit out incorporated the modification and re-commissioning of the MEP system. The internal fit out consisted of fit out consisted of new solid and glazed partitions, the design and installation of bespoke joinery including doors, the installation of new ceilings and lighting, hard and soft floor finishes and the decoration.
