Amber are pleased to confirm their appointment for the Design & Build of the new Horizons Restaurant in Leicester Square. Our continuation into the build phase follows our pre-construction design phase which included planning submissions to secure the scheme with Westminster City Council. Works are due to complete Q2 2025.
