Amber were appointed to carry out the modernisation of an existing 3-bedroom apartment in South Kensington. The apartment was stripped back to the original building fabric and fully modernised. The modernisation included new electrical, plumbing, heating and bathroom installations.

Unique features include acoustic performance upgrades, open-plan living with a discreet fire curtain, a three-meter-long kitchen marble island, and a water-cooled air conditioning system that doesn’t require external condensers.

Design services included undertaking all License to alter design coordination, appointment of building control and planning and listed building consent applications.
