Amber are pleased to confirm the completion of the CAT A / CAT B office refurbishment at 33-34 Devonshire Street, London W1G 6PY for Martina Investments Limited / CS2 Chartered Surveyors. Two new modern offices have been created providing 110 and 117m2 each.

Work included the overhaul of the UKPN electrical head and life safety system upgrades for the mixed-use building. The offices space has now been brought up to an EPC grade B and provides two offices over two floors complete with external amenity space and landscaped terrace.
