Amber were appointed as the Design & Build contractor
for the refurbishment of the basement restaurant. The Amber design phase included all Interior, Architectural, Structural, MEP, Commercial kitchen and lighting design. Following the strip out of the original night club, Amber carried out a full modernisation of the MEP infrastructure before carrying out the new basement fit out.
The Amber team were also responsible for the furniture selection and joinery design. The commercial kitchens were designed in conjunction with the clients executive chef and F&B team.
