Amber is pleased to announce their appointment to deliver the refurbishment of 32 Kynance Mews in the heart of Kensington. The works will comprise of the full strip out of the property back to the structural fabric and the full modernisation of the house. A new ground floor slab incorporating a shallow basement addition will be formed prior to the complete re-orientation of the internal layout. Works are planned for completion early Q1 2023.
