Amber have successfully completed the refurbishment of 44 Berkeley Square. The Grade 1 listed building has been sensitively modernised to create a new Private Members Club.
Our team have developed the scheme from concept operational sketches to the finished product. Submissions to obtain Listed Building and Planning with Historic England and Westminster Council have been completed by our in-house architectural team and project managers. The installations include a completely replaced M&E system, restoration of the existing architectural features, installation of bespoke lighting systems, state of the art visual entertainment as well as bespoke joinery and soft finishes throughout.
