Following appointment, Amber stripped out the existing CAT B finishes to the office floor plate back to the CAT A standard prior to undertaking the new CAT B fit out. On completion of this Amber undertook the CAT B fit out. The tenants fit out incorporated the modification and re-commissioning of the MEP system. The internal fit out consisted of new solid and glazed partitions, the design and installation of bespoke joinery including doors, the installation of new ceilings, lighting, hard and soft floor finishes and the decoration. Bespoke design features include a premium specification finish to the public areas and board rooms. The equity trading floor received a bespoke acoustic auditorium. The acoustic performance of the auditorium and board rooms provide absolute privacy to the occupants.
