The tenant’s fit-out incorporates the construction of a large video conferencing boardroom, meeting rooms, collaboration areas to carry out video conferencing and soundproof telephone booths for staff and guests. Reception includes soft seating/greeting area. Open plan hot desking touchdown areas. Reconfiguration of mechanical and electrical services to serve the client’s requirements, plus future-proofing.

Town Hall area includes design & construction of a collaboration area to hold conferences and celebrations as well as staff well-being.

Works to be completed end of September 2022.
